Original cocktails, a wine list full of rare grapes and Romania’s own, and food made for the middle of the table. Every glass has a story. Ask us.

The welcome

Hospitality is part of the programme. Ask anyone at the bar what’s playing, what’s in your glass and why. Come back twice and we’ll know your name.

Every night has its own record.

The identity

The A

One letter, drawn big. The hole is where the spindle goes; the red disc is the label. Everything you’ll see at SIDE A grows from those two shapes.

Colour

  • LacquerThe room at night. Vinyl.
  • BoneSleeve stock, old paper.
  • OxideThe label. Used sparingly, where it counts.

Everything has a number

Tracks, drinks, nights, members. The first fourteen tracks are the words on the ring. From A15 on, they’re people. Your number is how we’ll know you.

SIDE A is being built with the people who will fill it.

Join before the doors open: your number, the opening date before anyone else and first call on the first nights.

That One Record. Every visit stamps your card. Fill it, and once a year, on a closed night just for the family, we play your record for the whole room.
